As a service to our clients we offer the ability to request appointments on-line. As always, if you have a medical emergency or need immediate attention, please contact us at 972-262-8834. Your appointment is not confirmed or complete until you have received a confirmation call from one of our staff members. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response. If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out new client paperwork. For your convenience, we offer the boarding agreement and new client registration form on-line for you to print and fill out at your convenience prior to your appointment.
